I have had Avast free antivirus, on my computer, for some time.
Today (May4) I have clicked the desktop icon several times but Avast does not appear.
Does anyone know what the problem might be and how it could be fixed?
The desktop icon “greys out”, after clicking, but I have no idea if that is of any importance.
- Which version of avast! Free…??
- OS…?? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP…?)
- Other security related software installed…??
- Which AV did you use before avast!..??
try avast repair
ad/remove programs > avast > uninstall > repair option … wait a minute or two and reboot
any change ?
