I use park control to manage my power settings and I keep getting notifications the avastsvc has changed the power settings (to balanced).

I cant find a way to turn this feature off. Not even sure why my Antivirus thinks it needs to change my power profile. any ideas how to stop this?
I’m also using Park Control (https://bitsum.com/parkcontrol) and having exactly the same issue, it normally shows the message after quitting a full screen game (image attached)
Probably caused by gamemode.
That would be it, disabled the high power option and no more messages.
Didnt know that Game Mode had been added, mainly due to Avast’s terrible UI changes over recent updates.
