Avast Free blocked file on our site

We have a website running on WordPress. One of the plugin’s JS files is being blocked as malicious with the SNH-gen[trj] warning. This file hasn’t been changed in over 5 years and has never caused any issues before, but now our clients are receiving notifications that the file is dangerous. Tools like https://www.virustotal.com/ do not detect anything malicious in this file. How can we fix this problem?

File: Ehttps://vulikh.com/wp-content/plugins/the-grid/frontend/assets/js/the-grid.min.js

The fact that it hasn’t changed in 5 years doesn’t necessarily mean it can’t be a risk.

Medium Security Risk - https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/vulikh.com - some hardening improvements suggested - also the check comes up with a 404 error.
Some security pointers here - https://en.internet.nl/site/vulikh.com/2937274/

Considered a low security risk here - https://quttera.com/detailed_report/vulikh.com - It also finds this suspect - wp-content/themes/mf/assets/js/jquery.main.js?ver=20120206 I have no idea what this version number represents if date related its very old. This could also mean that wordpress version could also be old.
