When I try to run a boot time scan the laptop gives me a keylogger error.
Welcome to the forums, jbaneyj
Please give us a little more information such as …
1 - What program is giving the error message?
2 - Please give us the exact error message if possible.
3 - Anything else that might be related to the error message.
I Apologize, I have been away for a few days.
- I am not Sure It looks like Avast the error message come during the start up of the Avast boot time scan.
I start Avast on my ek top choose the level of scan and where to scan.
then click Shedule a boot time scan. It then asks if I want to restart now, I click yes and then windows shuts down, the laptop shuts down and restarts.
The Think Pad intro screen appears briefly then Windows XP sp3 starts runs for a few seconds then the Avast scanner starts. The little progress dots begin to appear maybe about 8 or 9 of them then this message error appears:
NTWAITFORMULTIPLEOBJECTS Error (192) {status_user_ACP}
Key Board error
The program then says no files scanned continuing to windows.
Thats It.
Thank You
