Avast Free Connect to your Avast! Problem

I’m experiencing an issue where when I try to connect my Avast on another laptop to an existing account it says my email or password I entered is incorrect. I’ve logged into the website with the same email and password and it works fine but when I try to register it on my avast it keeps giving me that pop-up. I’ve tried over 50 times making sure I entered everything correctly but it still doesn’t work.

It’s unfortunate there’s no response to this thread. I have the exact same problem, able to log in to my Avast account online, but cannot register Avast from my computer using same email address and password.
