Windows 7 is asking me to update Avast, but Avast is already updated to latest updates, help please? o.o ???
Ensure that your system date is correct, day/month/year and adjust if required.
I did it, it didn’t help, but thanks anyway 
Sorry, that is the most common cause.
If not it might be down to the Windows Security Center (or whatever it is called in win7) for some reason not being able to read it correctly. I know how that might be resolved in windows XP and probably Vista, but I don’t use win7 so haven’t any information on that.
Try a repair of avast. Add Remove programs, select ‘avast! Anti-Virus,’ click the Change/Remove button and scroll down to Repair, click next and follow. This has in the past resolved this out of sync issue between reported and actual VPS version, I don’t know if this might help here.
Follow that up with a reboot.
