Very funny! >:(
I have to use certain VBS files acting as modules for my file browser. Avast stops them from working. So far, so good. But why in the world isn’t there an option “allow this specific script”, or other ways to white list some scripts? Instead, i am prompted to send some false positive report, which doesn’t make sense for some script, that maybe a handful of people would use.
Why can we put only whole paths to the exceptions list, instead of real files, which would make a lot more sense? Now i had to allow all VBS scripts, in order to keep Avast from breaking my program.
