Can you please tell me something. Im using avast free alongside with malwarebytes anti-exploit free. Do i need to do something about the exclusions too or it wont be a problem?
One more thing, can i or do i need as well the malwarebytes anti-malware or ill be fine like this?

It should be fine, I’ve not heard of any issues between MBAE and Avast.
MBAM is beneficial for that extra piece of mind secondary scan checking or will also work well with the Pro version, excluding the program folders from each other is always wise to prevent conflicts if there were any.
I have noticed some increased resource use by Malwarebytes, especially at boot time, if you’re using the pro version.
Yes, any time I use MBam Premium real time there has always been an increase in Resources used. 
So ill be fine using the 3 of them and its worth it right?
Quite understandable, anytime you add another layer there is going to be a hit on resources, adding the exclusions does help slightly so there is reduced scanning of each other.
