Avast Free - Poor web shield performance

During July i stareted to have problem with loading pages in my Vivaldi browser. Page loading usuali takes 10s or more. Until july a havent this problem. (Ryzen 5@4ghz, 16gb ram, 1tb ssd, windows 7 x64 pro)
Also my mother stareted to have same problem even worse on their laptop (C2Q 2,5ghz, 4gb ram, 320gb hdd, Vista x64 Business) with Opera browser. For her pages wont even load.
Suprisingly older browsers were fine. (IE, Opera 12)

After playing with my DSL modem setting (dns,etc), disabling adblocker, dissabling avast i have checked Vivaldi forum.
According response i got it is nothin unusual with avast. So i have uninstaled avast and pages started to load normaly. Then i tried to instal Bitdefender and everything is working fine.
So now i am removing Avast on all af my devices to fix this issue. It seems that some update in july had terrible impact on web shield performance.

Removing avast is not fixing anything at all.
That is like buying a new car if your current one stops working.
Sure the new one will work, but the old one still doesn’t.

Without knowing more details, we can’t (try) to help you.
e.g.

is there a particular shield that is causing the problem ?
are the sites all https ?
etc.

Web shield and probably file scanner were causing troubles.
Secure line VPN removed ony my pc and deffault settings on mothers laptop.
All pages were slow to load. Http/htps Video streams being interupted or even ended. Dissabling Avast doesnt change anything. only after removal everting starts to work correctly.

Replacing car is bad comparison. Car remain same. Only faulty part was replaced.
Car is now fixed and I am enjoying the ride.
