Hello All, I have recently begun to receive repeated threats from Avast Free from the same eight websites. Namely, theparenttrace.net, goupcomp.us, setgroupsuper.info, filesearch4u.com, fileking.co.il, cacheder.net, groupcomp.us, and apps-infor.info. I have uninstalled any unknown app files on the computer, done an Avast! scan of the computer, downloaded and run a second opinion virus detector, but have had no luck in stopping the alerts. Needless to say, I do not voluntarily go to these sites.
If anyone has any ideas about what might be happening, I’d appreciate a heads up.
I have attached log files for anyone interested in helping.
