Avast free ROOTKIT HIDDEN FILES

Help me please. Avast free just found 8 Rootkit: Hidden files
I’m running Windows 8.1
The files found are all in the winSxS folder.
Are these false positives?

I did a scan by Kaspersky (rootkit scan) and Spybot Search and destroy. They didn’t found these files.

What should I do next?

Reboot ..... Do a new scan .... Still detected?

Have you just updated windows while running the scan ? If so reboot and rescan, your alerts should cease
