avast free - settings password

Hi hope someone can help me

There is a password against my settings which I don’t remember setting. When I changed my account passowrd on the Avast website, assuming this would change for setting, it didn’t.

When I try you un install it asks for this password again.

if you have lost password for your avast program, then there is only one solution

remove and reinstall… follow instructions here http://www.avast.com/en-eu/uninstall-utility

why did you sett a password?

I didn’t set a password or at least I don’t remember doing it!!!
