AVAST Gets Rekt with Smart Scan

Help, when I use avast on my PC it gets this error that says “Avast is Down” and that “Something has gone wrong.” and that I should try restarting it. But when I restart, it kind of skips the scanning part about virus scan.

Do u try repair?
Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.
