I bought two years of avast pro and my computer had a trojon horse that would not let me download the antivirus so I had the computer repaired and I asked them for a key. They said they had no record of me buying avast yet avaast took the money out of my account. They said they do not refund money yet tried to get me to let them clean up my computer even after telling them several times I just returned home with it after having it cleaned up. I finally gave up and downloaded AVG. So long avast. JJ
