Nadinholsc@ your other posts/complaints were spamming many many other topics which is not only confusing to someone who is trying to help but also very messy and rude/disrespectful of other members
As mentioned keep all your information here in the one topic where it will be seen too, I forwarded the information to Lisandro as he speaks Portuguese and would know who to notify to help you in your problem, I also did not say or promise that he could or would be able to help you as Grimefighter is not his specialty but that he can only understand you better than I can so help can be directed to you.
