CraigB, I understand, but my first messages were not rude. I was searching for help for my computer that still was broken, even having done all procedures found on the site in English.
I realized that no one was helping me and the delay is giant.
We are discussing about the ways like I posted and what was said, but the technical support did nothing. They only sent me a boot procedure and nothing else.

I am so far without any help, and without my reclamações, nothing would be done, even this conversation.
Indeed nothing has been done yet. They returned my money, but I need my computer to work again and the responsibility is of Avast Grime Fighter because they’ve damaged my computer.
I just got a message from Daniel Totta saying that the support can not do nothing beyond advise on the solution.
I am absolutely sure that this attitude is not in accordance with Brazilian legislation for trade in software and services and if the Avast not do nothing effective to recover my computer, I will to process you.

Hoje, 03/06/2015, a Avast declarou abertamente que não irá se responsabilizar pelo dano causado em minha máquina.
A justiça será acionada e deixarei que meu caso seja precedente para qualquer um que queira processar a empresa.
