2015-02-04 I bought a two year license för Grimfighter. Why two years? I have used Avast for a lot of years and never had any trouble. But I have right now:
I downloded the program, got it to work with my computer - even got the PC to sleep.
After that I am asked to fill in the account again but the keyboard have been changed and I cannot write @ - and I cannot click on the @-sign to get the @ working. I am stuck - and have to close the PC. When I restart the PC, it´s like before.
When I bought the Grimefighter it sais on the swedish page: 30 dagars pengarna tillbaka-garanti - which means - you get the money back if you are not satisfied. I have written to mailto:avast@digitalriver.com] who sold this license but there is no answer what so ever.
I have been able get the long licensenumber, but have not been asked to write this when I try to get Grimefighter working.
I s this fraud? What shall I do?
