Avast GrimeFighter problems

Yesterday I bought Avast Grimfighter. The installation vent fine and The GrimeFighter ran The scan. However, after the scan my computer do not return too Windows, it hangs in the GrimFighter and the only option is too run the scan repeatedly. I can axes the boot menu but am not sure what to do… How can I fix this??
