Free Zoner Antivirus: Shown as free but not sure if they mean linux version only.

The research and development of Zoner AntiVirus is financially supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, as a part of the ministry's IMPULS program.

Starting Beta Test. I think they will have a very long way to go before even getting close to avast.

I know, I was just wondering if the Windows version would be free after beta testing. Looking at it again, it looks like the Windows version will be free. The linux version is also available. I think the linux version is out of the testing phase.

Long way to become serious competitor. Looking at their websites it seems that their focus is for Linux though they support Windows (beta) and Android too.
