Avast has found 28 infected file's what do I do now? Not good with computer's :(

I just run a full system scan as my friend thought I was sending her a virus over fb, Avast has now found 28 infected file’s
I’m not very good with technology…what is it that I must do now to get rid of these file’s or virus???

Where are these files now? Are they in the Virus Chest?

Please list some examples if the files found by Avast.
