Your support is with searching FAQ and links in the forum??? Big company support in 2017? Funny.
It took me 1 hour to find a answer that you stopped your SafeZone broser - something that Ive paid and dont receive without any message and with the most terrible support.
Even captchas to post this is terrible…

There is also the ticket system and the (limited technical) phone support etc.
You didn’t paid for the SafeZone browser as it is free for a long time.
Instead of posting incorrect things, I suggest you spend the time to get the correct facts.

agree with this opinion. 1 year and no more . no helpdesk you must open many many pages, but no anwers to solve the problem .
my problem is My internet connection is blocked. Reason I use ib VPN and how change or solve it

Your problem is that you want to use a application and didn’t spend time to learn how to use it.

I too have no faith in the support having raised a ticket and had no reply other than an automated holding message to say help coming soon. My problems started when I bought and loaded Avast Internet Security and lost access to the internet despite checking all the permissions were in place.
Have now uninstalled paid for rubbish and asked for refund , although I doubt I will receive one given Avasts performance so far.
