Avast have blacklisted our website which is now clean

Avast have blacklisted our website ( www.ecoage.it ) which is now clean. On 19 July we had an external attack on our DNS with false subdomains ( ecoage.it ). The same day we blocked the attack on the DNS, after a few hours. The website ecoage.it is now safe and clean (VirusTotal OK, sucuri OK, OK unmaskparasites OK ) but Avast reports it as malicious url. Can the blacklist be removed as this is having a serious effect to our visitors. Thank you

please send an E-Mail to virus@avast.com and clarify the Situation.
Then after it was checked it should be removed.

thanks, I’ve already written twice to Avast (contact form) last week but receives no answer. The second time I also added the link to this page of the forum. On average, how much time is needed for a new check of the website and for the removal from the blacklist?

It 's all solved. I just got the reply from Avast and the site has been removed from the blacklist. Thanks for the help
