Yeah, only the Pro version has ashcmd.exe 
In a limited way, you can use ashQuick.exe with the area to scan as a command-line argument. It’s certainly not as powerful as the ashcmd.exe in avast! Pro, but it may be sufficient for you… depends on what exactly you need.
