avast home edition question

I’m in China and I use avast home edition. It’s really a good antivirus software, I kill my kaspersky and use avast, It’s all good since when I use upgrade my software to new 1098. System login very very slow, why ? If I loged in everything is OK, It takes about 5m to login, Conflict with other software?
I use XP SP2 Simp edition,2G DDR2, and I use Jetci Firewall free edition.

I test many times. and the result is avast build 1098 conflict with Jetcial Firewall 1.0. Tested with 1043 and 1074 is OK.
