Avast Icon in system tray never stops rotating...

In earlier versions of Avast that I have used, the Icon revolve only when it was processing information. The Icon in my system tray never stops revolving.

Be this normal?

Repair Avast:

Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
Click on ‘Repair’.
Follow instructions.
Reboot.

Thank you, Asyn. I did the “Repair.” And re-booted.

Now the Icon does not spin at all.

Do you think all is okay now?

On a recent program update, I think that it was disabled by default and many don’t like that, but they can change the default settings.

To check if it is meant to be animated:
AvastUI > Settings > General > Show Avast tray icon - and check the ‘Animate the icon when scanning’ option.
