Internet speed is good. Seems sorted. However I have a pop up for juck something.exe. Sorry I’ll write it down next time. It may be java update, I’m not sure. Otherwise it is much much faster.

Had a bit of confusion installing Java. Run version check and I have Java 7 Update 25 - latest. I think it’s okay.

No, I don’t. Not jucheck and not that Chrome thing either. Internet is perfect. Opening applications like Word and Excel is back to normal. I hadn’t realized it had slowed down too. I ran Avast last night just to check - a quick scan. No problems. I really appreciate your help, argus. Thanks a lot.

Please download DelFix by “Xplode” to your Desktop.
Run the tool and check the following boxes below;
[] Remove disinfection tools
[] Create registry backup
[*] Purge System Restore
Now click on “Run” button. Wait for the programme completes his work.
All the tools we used should be gone.
Tool will create and open an log report (DelFix.txt)
Note: The report will also be stored on C:\DelFix.txt
I don’t need DelFix log report.

Run the Delfix and log showed all disinfection tools are gone. Downloaded MCShield successfully and I’m now restarting the computer. Do I need to upgrade my Avast? Get online banking protection?
