Delete the CleanUp module.
And if they are pop-ups, (as has been explained many times) you can disable them in the options of the paid versions.
I think that you need to review what components you have installed.
I always do a custom install and install marginally more than a minimal install (just two shields). I have the File System Shield, Behaviour Shield, Web Shield and Mail Shield.
You probably have the browser cleanup installed, your problem probably stems from running the Smart Scan ?
As many of these additional components that are run as part of the Smart Scan. This of course is somewhat speculative on my part as there isn’t much information to work with.
