Avast - Infection: pop up never stops

Hi,

I noticed someone else with a similar problem to mine but it seems i need to make my own thread.
This problem started yesterday, and before coming to this forum I performed a scan with Malawarebytes and it showed trojan, I removed it and restarted but pop up from avast still happening every 5 mins or so.

This is the pop up:
Object: C:\Windows\Installer.…\80000032.@
Infection: Win32:Downloader-PKU[Trj]
Action: Quarantined
Process: C:\Windows\System32\services.exe

I was also asked to perform a scan upon rebooting and I did so, at this time there were a few infections in Windows that I was asked what to do with them, I deleted some…
This is my first time dealing with such issues and I hope you can help and that I will be able to perform all necessary tasks to clean my computer.
Cheers!

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Run OTL

[*]Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/73555776/OTL_Fix.GIF

:Files ipconfig /flushdns /c C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_32\Desktop.ini C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_64\Desktop.ini C:\Windows\Installer\{938f041b-082b-a23b-f7c3-fecb41f6f3ce}

:Commands

Notes:

  1. Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

Yep, how is the system now ?

I hope we are good to go after this!

Subject to no further problems

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean

[*]Select the View Tab.
[*]Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Do not show hidden files and folders.
[]Click Yes to confirm.
