Just like the title says, when I try to install avast free, I get native language which I don’t want.
I tried to change it later in settings, but I get a error.
What I’m asking, is there an english only package for download or?
The install defaults to english as far as I am aware…
You get the choice of language packs on install, try the download from here >> http://www.avast.com/en-gb/free-antivirus-download and be sure to right click the installer, Run as Administrator and use Custom install to choose your features.
That right click run as administrator does not seem to show a “custom” install in English. Isn’
t there a link to an English installer?

What error do you get when you try to change it later?
I don’t think there’s an English-only installer, but I believe you can change the language on the first page of the installer itself, when you click on the name of the language. Or, if you can understand the non-English language, you can choose a custom install and change the default language module installed.
Btw, what language does the installer start in? Does it correspond to the regional settings of your OS?

I didn’t get any error, but I finally found the language link at the upper right, clicked it and was able to change to English or other languishes., The dark blue on black color scheme makes it a bit hard for vision impaired to see it.
