Avast Installation nicht möglich

Ich habe das so gemacht:

  1. Das Programm avastclear10r4 runtergeladen und ausgeführt
  2. Mein Computer wie dort empfohlen im Save Mode neugestartet.
  3. Das Programm machen lassen und wieder neugestartet.
  4. Installationsprogramm runtergeladen (sehe keinen Unterscheid ob ich es davor oder danach mache :x)
  5. “Als Administrator ausführen” →

Häng mal deine FRST-Logs an. (Anleitung unter Punkt #2.)

Mip:

“Addition.txt” fehlt noch.

Oh sry… vergessen

OK, bitte etwas Geduld…

Checked your FRST logs and this should help with the install problems.

FIRST >>>>
Please remove the following Lavasoft program; it is not malicious / malware but the installation is corrupt and could be interfering with the installation of Avast.

Please go to START (Windows Orb) >> Control Panel >> Uninstall a Program or Programs and Features and remove the following (if listed):

Web Companion

To do so, left clicking on the name once and then click Uninstall/Change at the bar above the list window.

Follow the prompts of the uninstaller BUT please read carefully any questions it asks before answering; some uninstallers will try and deceive you into keeping the software.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

[/b]Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop (or the Downloads folder will work in this case):

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

ok… done…
I have two questions now…
First: How gets that program on my computer? ô_o
Second: How can that program (it tells me that it save me from some Ads or sth. like that) prevent the insallation of Avast?

Fixlog:

First, how is the system running now?

Second, Web Companion (Lavasoft) was not installed / working properly and had corrupted the Winsock stack. You may have been able to use the Internet but other drivers would not have been able to seat themselves properly into Windows.

The Windows Firewall asked for some of the programs again to permit that they have access to be able to change something… I don’t notice that the performance changed in any way… and i can now install avast^^

Oh ok… interessting

If your system is running fine, then you are free to go and enjoy the season …

[*]The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Note: Please save this log first before rebooting your system (if asked to); DelFix does not save the log as it is trying to remove all traces of our work on your system. Please attach the log in your next reply.

You can delete any log files left on your desktop as these are no longer needed.

Ok… done…
