Avast Internet Security 2014 firewall rules probelm.(necessary reboot)

Hi to all,

i have a problem with avast internet security 2014 firewall.
When i modify packets rules and click on ok, the new rule/s not apply, is necessary to reboot pc and the situation is ok.
For example i change ICMP propreties to deny icmp, after ok button ICMP worked!! After reboot of pc the rule is ok and ICMP was stopped.
This situation is valid for any rule or port: 445,3389 ecc ecc.
Why?
And other question: in the logs of firewall often source address is blank! I have one pc 192.168.0.2 and another 192.168.0.3 .

What exact version of avast are you using?
What os/service pack?

Have you tried a repair?
Have you tried a clean installation of avast?
