Avast Internet Security 5.0.462 - at FAULT!?!?!?

was wondering how is it- that I been running avast for a couple of months- experiencing slow internet - and even trouble accessing some sites- then having to disable and enable my network connection in order to fix - only temporarily

after running a trojan remover - and removing the findings - i’m running fast as a clean install

XP sp3 - Avast! full protection - MalwareBytes (on demand) Spy Bot-S&D (on demand)

I won’t give credit to the trojan remover as of yet- but it found things and sped of my network greatly

What trojan remover ?

More importantly what was found:
Malware name, file name and location of the file ?
