After update Avast Internet security blocking connection for our shipping program Shipworks. We can’t download and process our orders. I call support if can help us but the guy told me we have to create ticket and pay for it. What a bumb. I guess we just uninstall it. I just renew it month ago. Wondering if i can get refund.

They only give very limited free support for avast as stated on the website.
