I bought avast internet security for 1 year for 3 PC. Say, I install this on my laptop, my home PC and my fiance’s laptop. My question is if my laptop crashes and I format it to install new operating system then, would avast would allow me to do it? I mean when we install this avast in three systems and after that what happens if one of the system crashes and requires re installation of avast?
I think this is great limitation of this product if it exists. My worry is that once i install this avast on three systems the license would be gone ( i don’t know)…can anyone give me some information about this issue???
You are ok in that situation, sure. To save some hassle, save your license key somewhere like a flash drive or external HDD, then you should be able to use it again after whatever disaster you run into. Alternately, you would have to contact Avast! directly to request a re-send of a licence (if you failed to save it/lost it, etc.)

I can’t say 100% with certainty that it will not vanish, I still have only used it once, but it seems to me this should not happen.
There is no limitation as to the number of time that you can install/reinstall avast, so long as you don’t exceed the quantity on your license 3.
So if for any reason you have to reinstall, crash, hdd failure, etc. just reinstall when you have the system up and running then apply the license as you did previously. Get a new system, uninstall the installation on the old system, install on the new system and apply the license.
You can do this as many times as you like, so long as you only have it installed on three systems at any one time. Just ensure that you save a copy of your license file as has been mentioned.
