I hope someone has some ideas, the issue is that AIS expired and signed up to renew and have it reoccurring, my online account shows that there is a valid license to use and does not expire till next year, but no matter what i do the avast will not activate. Tried downloading the key, email key recovery, tried entering the product key manually, removed all devices from the online account and added pc back. No matter what i do it WILL not activate. Ohh just to be sure the computer has been wiped and reloaded clean, first thing done is install Avast and same issue, Will not activate. I have a support ticket going, it takes hours for a response and have been of zero help.
What you need is to learn to have patience and wait for avast to help you through the ticket system.
