After purchasing Avast Internet Security, I had a problem with my computer and had to reset it, which removes all programs that did not come with the computer. Unfortunately, that includes Avast Internet Security. I found out today that I actually already have 3 licenses, one of which was used for the computer on which I am submitting this post. These licenses expire on 8/17/2016, which was long before I reset the computer, and I believe I may have inadvertently purchased new software when I already had the original 3 licenses. How do I find out if I actually made the second unnecessary purchase, and can that purchase be refunded?
