i purchased the internet security and downloaded the license but im not able to find it and install,any help would be greatly appreciated
If you’ve downloaded the license, double click it and click okay.
The name of the file is License.avastlic. Have you tried using the search feature to find it? Check your Downloads folder as well as My Documents folder.
Where and what name is your default download location? Did you change this location?
Have you tried downloading the file again?
Do you still have the email that the license was attached to?
Go here → http://www.avast.com/en-us/resend-license-paid.php
to have your license resent.
Did you find licence for AIS?-No-Check SPAM folder in E-Mail client.
