Has anyone received their license keys for the Avast Internet Security? I paid for 6 licenses on January 26th and still have not received my keys. They were kind enough to charge my credit card.

I did contact Avast via Sales email as well as opening a ticket. I have not gotten a response from them? I have been using the PAID version for the last few years without problems. This is no way to treat a PAYING customer in my opinion.
Their support is not so friendly indeed. I bought Pro version and had some problems with AdMuncher. I got reply from technician, he replied like a bot. Submit this and that.
All I have to do was edit webshield.ini. I uninstalled paid product. Because of bad customer experience. No, I am not trolling here. :-\
Getting real close to reversing the credit card charge. Come on Avast, step it up.
Does anyone know if the sales dept responds to tickets that have been opened or is it just a “feel good” program. This is unacceptable service on Avasts part
What email program/client do you use?
It is possible the keys have been sent, but maybe blocked as spam.
Checked directly on my mail server that is wide open and no luck. Had upgraded my 4.8 licenses the day before and that email came right thru.
Don’t know, sorry. I’ve pm’d a couple of Avast employees, don’t know if they are in a position to sort anything out though.
Leave it as long as your patience will allow, I guess.
