Help,
The automatic release of December the 3th has been caused the breakdown of my PC, since that I have tryied many tricks without succes !
I restored my XP pro to a previous date but AVAST was lost.
In fact AVAST rights was reduced at ZERO days, then my system is now no longuer protected !
The blue screen reported that the problem was due to “aswsp.sys” file.
Since than I purchased a new subscription but even the new subscription does not run!
What can I do ?
avast does not like system restore … unless you turn off self protection first
so you need to reinstall
remove with this. http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility / http://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility
reinstall http://www.avast.com/download-software

Unfortunately I already uninstalled previous avast installations but the reinstallation remain still impossible.
I uninstalled Microsoft Security Essential also, because it seems it don’t like avast
I solicited avast maintenance service as well but my the problem does not progress.
