Avast Internet Security Restarts my router

Hi, I have Avast IS, Program version: 11.1.2253. Use Cisco EPC3928S router.

During the past month i have problem with restarting/rebooting router constantly.

I contacted my provider, but they say the problem is conflict between Cisco router and Avast antivirus, I disabled Avast and really I don’t have anymore problems with internet, is there any fix for this or I need to move on another antivirus program?

I would try with latest avast version first

Also make sure the latest firmware is installed on the router.

The problem is still here. I disabled avast permanently for 24 h and internet is stable all time.

Currently the only way is uninstalling Avast

Thank you for reporting this issue.
We would like to take a closer look at this. For analysis we need some logs.
Please follow these steps:

[ol]- First enable debug logging: GUI → Settings → General → Maitenance → Enable debug logging

Then reproduce the issue (Run Home Network Security scan).
Then create support package and submit it (guide here: https://www.avast.com/en-us/faq.php?article=AVKB33) and post here the ID of the created package so we can find it.[/ol]
