i have downloaded avast_internet_security_setup but it is not installing the software, I have subscribe for the same for 1 year and 1 pc, please suggest. The file was completly downloaded on my pc and it is asking for run before starting but not proceeding firther

what AV did you use before installing avast?
have you removed it before installing avast?

Did you click the ‘Install’ or ‘Run’ button? Other option is to ‘Save’ file?
