I had the Avast free program for 90 days…On Feb. 13 I purchased the Internet Security 5 for $29.95. It worked great. On Feb. 19 it stopped. Nothing works. Current status page sez service stopped. All of the info on the “your subscription” page is blank. When I try to insert my license file, it sez it is not a valid license file. The day it stopped was the day that my 90 day free trial was due to expire…I think they made a mistake and shut down the program I had just purchased. I have sent 3 or 4 tickets to technical support without any reply…anyone have any suggestions? Is there any way to talk to a human…???
