After several years of using Avast! Free with no problems, I upgraded a few days ago to Avast! Internet Security for up to 3 computers for 2 years. My laptop computer is Vista Home Premium 64 and the desktop is Windows 7 Home Premium 64. I haven’t spent much time on the desktop since then, but the laptop (Vista H.P. 64) now runs noticeably slower and randomly locks up on different websites that I regularly access. SafeZone sounds like a good idea, but I have yet to successfully use it. It manages to lock up the website every time that I’ve tried it. Not only is the website frozen, but the entire browser is frozen. Some of the time I can un-freeze it using Task Manager, but several times I have had to resort to an uncontrolled shutdown. At this point if I could get a refund, I would remove Avast! Internet Security and go back to using the free program. I am tired of fooling with it!

Everytime I use Avast Safezone I have to reboot my computer to get back into my browser google chrome
I run on Vista and have Avast Internet Security upgraded from the free version
Any ideas on how to successfully use safezone with this problem??
