avast! Internet Security / " YOU ARE UNPROTECTED" / unable to either uninstall

My avast! Internet Security was working fine just a few days ago…but now it gives a message " YOU ARE UNPROTECTED" . when I open the avast application it says its Background Service is not working and the Firewalls are turned off. I cannot get them back on. I am also unable to either uninstall or install the application…I’ve tried the avast clear app as well, no result…
i’ve even tried IOBit uninstaller…no result…
PLEASE HELP …its really disturbing me :frowning: :frowning:

IOBIT uninstaller is a Adware itself.Pls do a repair and restart pc few times.

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

I have the same problem since yesterday. I tried everything and it does not. the agents are not active . the firewall is not active . impossible to make the update . when we want to do an update , it puts a message " Avast is not started ." this procedure does not.

What Antivirus product did you use before Avast ???

I always took avast . I have the premium avast license since 2014
