Hi,
I have installed a version of that of the Internet security in a PROFESSIONAL WINDOWS 2000 SP4 and the following thing happens:

After the correct installation of the antivirus and his consequent restart of the system the equipmen that gives totally blocked in the comunicacones it is not telnet, there is neither environment of network(net) nor Internet).
In the section of the firebreak of the antivirus all the options estan in white(target) and even that manually believes itself a rule of application continues without working even deactivating the firebreak and the system WINDOWS is slowing down little by little until it is impossible to work with. This event has produced to itself in 2 PCS with the same operating system WINDOWS 2000 SP4.

When it desist the antivirus the PC returns to his normal functioning.
I wish a solution to this topic since the client has these operating systems and according to you it is compatible.

I don’t use win2k or AIS, but I though that there are problems with win2k and avast 5 even with win2k SP4, it needs rollup 1. At least that is what I’m led to believe from other topics to include missing files in win2k.

So it might be worth a search in the forums to see if you can find anything about this.
