Avast Internet Security

I have sent emails to support about don’t want to purchase this program of Avast Internet Security after a trial period. I have not heard from the support of Avast since Monday of this week. My trial period will be end on November 20th and I already uninstall this program but need to know the confirmation of this program to be cancel not automatically to payware program. I need help with this before the trial period end.
