I have Avast Internet Security - Registered version - Running Windows 10 - Using Chrome but same problem with Edge
Twice over the last 2 weeks I have lost internet connectivity. The first time I called my ISP before finding that I could access the internet fine on other devices in my home including my laptop. I disabled my Avast shields and was able to reconnect. The only way I could get on the internet was with Avast turned off. I uninstalled and reinstalled and everything was fine again. But there was another update to Avast and today it happened again. I currently have my shields off so I can post this.
Any idea why this is happening? I have lots of time left of my Avast registration but I’m going to have to switch to something else if this is going to be an ongoing issue. How would I apply for a refund based on the time I have left?
