I just renew my subscription and receive activation code as well as license file.
However, AIS does not accept none of them, here is the error I got
When insert the license file:
“Unable to insert the license file. The signature is invalid. The license file is corrupted or modified”
When insert the activation code:
“The request cannot be processed at this moment. please try again later (5)”
I have tried to clean up with avastclear and repeat installation but no luck. Support team does not get back
to me either. So, this forum may be my last resource. Is there anyone experience this problem and
found the way out?
If you mean (support team…) you have submitted a ticket, they will respond/help you.
As has been explained numerous of times already,
avast is trying to handle tickets within 10 business days.
Make sure you have ordered the correct license for the product.
You would not be the first that has ordered e.g. a license for avast cleanup and is trying to use it on one of the av versions.
Same Here after a clean install of avast 2016 with old license file.
Have to update by UI from avast 2015 where the license file is requested at the beginning of the install .
With 2016 the request is made at the end , a relation ?
ps:license file for AIS and installed for AIS , remand done with good e-mail , sent again but didn’t work anymore
Ticket sent to avast for this issue but as I have an other issue with 2016 (most troublesome), I don’t know if treated by avast support
