Avast IS 2015 not working in private window in Win 10

I upgraded to Windows 10 and updated Avast! Internet Security 2015 to version (10.3.2225). When I go to Private Window in Firefox the avast icon in the browser turns gray. Does that mean that avast is disabled?

Hi jebraggjr, welcome to the forum

I personally don’t use Win 10, so I can not test it.
But an always gray Avast browser icon means that only the Avast Online Security add-on is not working.
So all core modules ( also Webshield ) are still working.

But I think you have to wait for someone using Win 10 to help you
