Avast is blocking my network printer

Newbie here…
I’m trying to install HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.

Previous post (attached) suggests turning off port scan, but I cannot find Advanced firewall setting to uncheck “Enable automatic port scan detection”.

Is there another way?

If I understand the support article you point me to, I am to setup a rule to allow the HP driver install app Five bar access to my home network, then retry the install? I am on the day job now but will try this as soon as I get home.

also check if firewall is in private or puplic mode
